An adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) loan may be worth considering if you're looking for a low monthly 
payment, don't plan to own an investment property long, or want to take advantage of refinancing 
once the prepayment penalty has expired. An Adjustable Rate Mortgage can provide financing to 
stabilized the real estate asset, and bridge the gap between now, and when you are ready to either 
apply for a long term loan, sell the property, or Cash Out refinance to pull equity.

ARM are available in 5/1, 7/1 & 10 years amortized at 30 years.

ARM can also be (IO) Interest Only for 5 -10 years  amortized at 30 years.

Non owner occupied investment properties only.
