Quick App



The first step is for you to complete our Quick online Application for your loan.

If you are a repeat borrower all your personal data will pre-populate. 

Once we have received a complete loan application, you will receive Preliminary Terms Within 24 hours roughly. 

You will receive an email with a link to sign the (LOI) Letter Of Intent, or Term Sheet, and a link to complete the full application. 

We will call you to review your loan application, discuss preliminary terms & the various options for you to take the next step. 

Once you have approved the terms we will move your file straight  into the next stage of underwriting. 

Note:
You can speak directly with your loan officer, and you can also use your dedicated link to see the status of your loan at any time.

Full App



The first step is for you to complete our Full online Application for your loan.

If you had selected the Quick App to begin with, everything you entered on there will populate on the Full Application & you will be able to complete it. 

You will receive an email with a link to sign the (LOI) Letter Of Intent, or Term Sheet, and a link to complete the full application. 

After the submission of the full application, the system will ask you to upload the required docs needed to process your loan. 

Complete the uploading of the documents requested to your secure dedicated doc portal.

We will call you to review your loan application, discuss preliminary terms & the various options for you to take the next step. 

Once you have approved the terms we will move your file straight into the next stage of underwriting.

Processing/ Underwriting


After we have reviewed your application & you have uploaded all the docs to start 
the underwriting process, be on the lookout for automated emails that will contain more information, your loan status & the required doc checklist. 

The checklist will show the status of each uploaded doc and the other required docs so there is no guessing at any point because you will have access to your dedicated doc portal, and see the status of your loan, and each document.

Make sure you use the the links on the emails to upload the required docs if and when needed. 

Next you will receive an email with a link to pay for the appraisal, and CDA.

You will also be receiving an email with all the disclosure forms, and the Authorization forms to pull credit, and do a background check.

NOTE: 
Underwriting may sometimes add new items, so always open & read the email notifications to check your loan status. 

NOTE: We need all the documents to be uploaded and received 5 business days prior to closing. 

*No exceptions.

Closing


We will open Title and Open Insurance and let them know that we are working with you and ask them to provide all the documents that we need to underwrite the loan.

Title and Insurance will also be able to upload the documents to the doc portal that concern your loan.

We make it easy with our technology platform for all parties to collaborate in real time. There is no guessing because you will be informed every step of the way. 

Once we have received the appraisal, the Title and and Insurance documents we will be able to close in 24 to 48 hours.

After closing your loan, we will send you payment reminders and easy access to request draws if you are doing a Fix & Flip loan, rehab/construction loan. 

Note:
This is why are able to close loans in a timely manner.
